Big Sky Youth Empowerment (BYEP) is a nonprofit adventure-based mentoring program in Bozeman, Montana, that has served vulnerable youth in the Gallatin Valley for the past 24 years. BYEP offers a group social emotional life skills curriculum paired with outdoor adventures to youth in grades 7-12, serving around 150 teens annually. Our mission is to create a transformative community where vulnerable teenagers experience belonging, purpose, and well-being through group mentorship, adventure, and connection with the natural world.

Administrative Volunteer

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Volunteer to support our Development team. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys organized, computer-based work and wants to meaningfully contribute to an essential community program behind the scenes. The Administrative Volunteer plays an important role in helping ensure our systems run smoothly, allowing our development staff to focus more fully on fundraising efforts.

This position prioritizes consistency and care over speed or volume. BYEP understands and respects personal schedules, travel, and life commitments; we are simply seeking someone who can reliably contribute a few hours each week.
